Eclipse is Melodic Hard Rock band out of Sweden headed up by Erik Martensson, most notably from the Melodic Hard Rock band W.E.T.  The band’s first album in 2012 —  Bleed And Scream — was arguably the best of the subgenre that year, which can certainly brew up a perfect storm in 2015, staging a disaster.

Rest assured, however, if you enjoy this subgenre and dug Bleed And Scream, then Armageddonize will likely have you turning cartwheels – Martensson delivers a solid, catchy vocal performance, and each of the album’s 11 tracks turn out some form of musical merit as well.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
