The Madame Does Not Go Down Easy

It’s been a few years since the release of Madame Mayhem’s last studio album, 2017’s Ready For Me, but that doesn’t mean that she hasn’t been feverishly writing for her next opus. The Manhattan born singer/songwriter has been dropping singles over the past few years including, “My Valentine,” “Broken,” “Breaking Down,” and a cover of Aerosmith’s “Living on the Edge.” Madam Mayhem’s latest single release is “Cruel Heart,” and I caught up with her to tell you all about it.

Highlights Include:

  • Discussion of her new single “Cruel Heart”
  • Writing with Breaking Benjamin’s Keith Wallen
  • Is there a new album in her future?
  • What it was like working on her new music video
  • Collaborating with other songwriters and performers
  • Her mentor relationship with Billy Sheehan (Sons of Apollo, Mr. Big, The Winery Dogs)
  • Future live streaming events
  • Origins of “Madame Mayhem”
  • Her experiences opening for Sevendust and Doro Pesch
  • …and much, much more!
