Carl Canedy has led a storied career. Not only has he been a member of The Rods since 1980, but he’s also an accomplished producer. He’s produced albums by Anthrax, Overkill, Blue Cheer, Roxx Gang and more. In addition to his band duties, Canedy ventured out with his first solo project Headbanger in 2014. In 2020 Carl returned to his Canedy project, but this time he’s made it a band effort. Carl met his new band, former members of TLC (Totally Lost Cause), when he filled in for their drummer at a television gig. We had a chance to speak with Carl Canedy about the new album as well as The Rods and his other music ventures.
