Inglorious is a new project headed up by Nathan James, best known as one of the vocalists for Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The self-titled album was composed with heavy-hitter guest writers Al Pitrelli (TSO, Megadeth, Alice Cooper), Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake), and Neil Fairclough (Queen). Nathan’s objective was to record like they did in the ‘70s to create a very “live” in-studio sound. Those are always great objectives periodically shared by a number of artists, but sadly that romantically warm sound is simply no longer possible. Fans of The Winery Dogs and Black Star Riders will likely enjoy this Bluesy Hard Rock compilation.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
