A few years after the world should have been conquered, Artch’s second CD saw the day. Still with incredible songwriting, the band didn’t sound that hungry anymore. Maybe the disc was a bit overproduced? Well, there are a few out there who would tell you that …Mankind is better than the debut, so I suggest you find out yourself. And a damn good CD it is for sure, just not quite as good as the first. CD2 is the demo for the “…Mankind”, called “Time Waits For No One”. With poorer sound than the final product, this shows the hungry side of the band again. In addition, you find two new songs recorded last year, both good songs, but not as phenomenal as the material on the original records. I just learned that the over hyped band Lost Horizon is playing at the same time as Artch on Wacken this year. Please don’t fuck up…
