1997 wasn’t the best year for classic Heavy Metal. Still, that very year Jag Panzer returned with a killer album, The Fourth Judgement, that was praised by the press. This was their third full length album and it saw the return of original vocalist Harry “The Tyrant” Conklin back in the lineup. In this interview from 1997 Conklin talks about how the band’s first EP years later got the title The Tyrants EP, the lineup changes, and their approach when the recording the album.
