Longtime Jetboy fans may feel a bit empty after filling their ears with the band’s first new studio material in nearly 20 years, Off Your Rocker. The release contains a whopping 3 new original studio tracks. The EP is somewhat backfilled with live recordings of choice cuts from the band’s back catalog for a total of 7 tracks. The new songs are good and are certainly in keeping with the dirty Blues-based Rock that Jetboy is known for, but for a comeback album, Off Your Rocker may not represent what the band is really capable of delivering. The new cuts are still worth tuning in.
