Canadian-bred Diemonds is a female-fronted Hard Rock band, and Never Wanna Die is their 2nd release to date. The Runaways and especially Joan Jett set the bar for bad-attitude female-fronted Hard Rock bands, and then a number of outfits like Skew Siskin and Crucified Barbara took the ball and ran way farther with the concept, creating music with even more interwoven piss and vinegar.

Diemonds, however, does it as well or better as any of the previously mentioned … Priya Panda mixes in plenty of melody with her hostility, making for perhaps the best female-fronted Hard Rock album of 2015.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
