DIMENSION – Revolution

Dimension is out of Colorado, USA, and Revolution is their 3^rd album – a double CD release. The band clearly falls into Progressive Metal, and offers plenty of quality and insightful musicianship and lyrical topics. At times, this trio finds ways to wrap up those insightful qualities with catchy melodies and deliveries, but at other times, there’s just “music”, albeit well recorded and produced. David Quicho proves to be both a suitable guitarist and capable vocalist, but as is the case with many quality Progressive bands, you’ll tend to find yourself yearning for more musical passages and less traditional, lyrical interludes.
