Exorcism is a Doom Metal band that’s been around since 2006, however, I Am God is their debut.  Exorcism’s comprised of 3 members of Raven Lord, along with Garry King (Zvekan and Achillea) on drums.  Most notably, shredder extraordinaire Joe Stump handles guitar duties, and rips out some outstanding guitar solos.  Casaba Zvekan, vocalist and founder of Exorcism, sings in typical Doom fashion, and overall, the band’s brand of Doom Metal is particularly slow, dark, and gloomy.  Stump’s guitar work is the clear strength, but the slow tempo pace of most songs cause the album to creep rather than rock.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
