Dynazty hails from Sweden, and Renatus is their 4th studio release. The band’s undergone a few changes in their relatively short career, including a label switch to Spinefarm in hopes of gaining further worldwide notoriety. Similar to how Skid Row morphed from a Hair Metal band with their self-titled debut into more of a hard-edged band by the time Slave To The Grind was released in 1991, so has Dynazty progressed from their initial releases to Renatus. There are plenty of catchy vocals along with solid guitar work, and with Renatus the band successfully takes it up a few notches.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
