Signum Regis is a Progressive Power Metal band, and Exodus is their third release. Founder and bassist Ronnie Konig utilized the talents of several known vocalists; the major player being Lance King (ex-Pyramaze, ex-Balance Of Power, amongst others) who adds an oddly familiar feel to the sound. Overall, the album is well-made, innovative, and creative. All the songs on Exodus have some semblance of individual personality and come across effectively, while focusing on the concept of the Israelites enslavement and migration from Egypt. The production quality does justice to the band’s musicianship … worthy of a “check it out” recommendation.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
