The band Riot made their name in the 70s with the classic hit “Road Racin’”, and since had a reunion in 2003. However, with the passing of founding guitarist Mark Reale in 2011, the band vowed to carry on in the form of Riot V.

With guitarist Mike Flyntz and bassist Don Van Stavern, both Riot members since the 80s, continuing the music that fans worldwide still were craving, Riot V has since released three successful albums, and is now set to release their fourth album titled Mean Streets due out April 12th, 2024 on Atomic Fire records.

Our guest is bass player Don Van Stavern, here to talk about the new album, their latest video “Feel The Fire”, and a lot more.
