Alternative Metal pioneers Helmet recently released their first ever live album entitled Live and Rare which captures two significant shows from the bands early days. Helmet’s founder/frontman Page Hamilton took the time to talk with Metal Express Radio about memories of playing the shows featured on Live and Rare, his time playing in David Bowie’s band, Helmet touring with a variety of bands, and more.
