Formed in South Florida in 1988 Age Of Fire proved to be a force to be reckoned with until they disbanded in 1993. But in 2008, founder Greg Brown (guitars, bass and vocals) took up the torch again and mastered all of the original tracks from reel to reel from sessions recorded in New Jersey and Florida and transferred them to digital format to be released in self-titled 20th anniversary album.

Going even further, in 2018, 30th anniversary disc of Age of Fire hit digital outlets on Halloween. Two months later, on Christmas, the first full length CD in 25 years, consisting of original new tracks, entitled Obsidian Dreams came out to start a new chapter for the band. The latest album Shades of Shadow was released this year.

This week Age of Fire host the Friday Guest DJ Hour Show.
