Lower 13 is a melodic metal band based in Cleveland Ohio. Formed in 2006, this metal trio skillfully pays respect to the roots of heavy metal, while adding their own spin to the genre with the verve of a new generation. Lower 13 has been compared to the likes of System of a Down, Rush, Trivium and Pantera.
With lineup consisting of Patrick Capretta (guitar/vocals), Sean Balog (bass/vocals) and Eric Kruger (drums) 2019 summer sees the release of the 3rd full length album from the trio called Restore The Order.

Stig is the founder and the president of Metal Express Radio, based out of Oslo, Norway. He has been around doing Metal radio since the mid-eighties. In fact, running Metal Express Radio takes almost all of his time. Is it worth it...? "Most times, yes," Stig says.
