Instructions To Dominate is the second release from Athens, Greece based Heavy Metal band Null’O”Zero. Formed in 2012, Null’O’Zero features vocalist Geo Sinner (George Patsouris), guitarist Elias Andritsos, guitarist Aggelos Kokorogiannis, bassist George Del, and drummer Lefteris Moros. The band was formed with the idea of blending contemporary, aggressive Metal with technical and melodic riffs, paying homage to their influences, including Megadeth, Symphony X, Death, and Metallica, to name a few.

Instructions To Dominate wastes no time getting down to business, launching with the title track as track one. Though it begins with a moment of subdued clean guitar, “Instructions To Dominate” quickly drops the hammer, with tight rhythms, pounding drums, and guttural but melodic vocals. All 10 of the tracks deliver a solid metal punch, with only “Face Down The World” and “Until The End Of Life” having somewhat of a let up in the breakneck pace. The songs do get a bit lengthy, with most over 5 minutes and few as long as 7.

Overall, Instructions To Dominate is a solid record. Decently produced, with excellent performances. Heavy, aggressive songs, but melodic and musical. The mix leaves some to be desired, with some elements not quite as sharp as the could be. But definitely worth a listen.

Stevie was a reviewer here at Metal Express Radio. He is currently the lead guitarist for Melodic Rock band Red Reign, based in Richmond, Virginia, USA. Red Reign toured with Tesla in 2017, and shared the stage with Dokken, FireHouse, Lita Ford, Kix, Quiet Riot, and others at various dates around the US in 2018. Stevie heard his first KISS record at the age of 6 and was immediately hooked on Rock and Roll guitar. Over the course of years his tastes evolved, graduating from KISS to Ozzy and Van Halen; and then into Hair Metal. Over time, harder and faster music drew him. Bands like Metallica, Pantera, and Anthrax led the way, and Killswitch Engage took him over the top. Stevie has a deep passion for the guitar, not only playing them, but building them as well.
