How much are tickets to London? You’ll be asking that after hearing the debut album by Britain-based Kingbreaker. This is a band that must be great to see live. To The Fire is full of positive tracks that just make you feel good. Visualize a packed house of fans jumping, dancing, moshing … all in pure joy.

Instrumentation on this record is a little subdued and nothing stands out in particular. It’s a first effort, which always comes with the good and the bad. But, all things considered, Kingbreaker does a fine job of supplying listeners with as much showmanship and allure as the band members’ delightfully quirky one-word monikers. For a more serious tone—and arguably their best track—listen to “Sowers Of Discord”.

His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
