25 years since their debut, Mr. Big is at it again with The Stories We Could Tell. After all this time together, guitarist Paul Gilbert said he was happy the band was able to make an album that’s melodic, powerful, interesting, groovy, and emotional all at the same time. Vocalist Eric Martin labels the new release as a Blues-Rock record influenced by their Rock and Soul idols of the ’70s. The sentiments from both gents are true … The Stories We Could Tell is a well-diversified, soul-filled album that should be right up your alley if you enjoy Melodic Rock.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
