Kissin’ Dynamite is 5-piece band from Germany, and Megalomania is their 4th studio release. Made up of youngsters to the music scene – barely adolescents when they first started out together – Kissin’ Dynamite plays a blend of Melodic Hard Rock and new generation Glam Rock. The songs on Megalomania are indeed filled with melody and plenty of catchy hooks to enjoy — having European success in recent years, the band definitely seems to know where they’re going. Although Johannes Braun has talent, the only drawback here is that his voice and delivery tends to dominate and feels like an awkward fit.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
