Taberah is a Power/Progressive/Fantasy Metal band from Tasmania formed in 2005, and Necromancer is their 2nd full-length release.  The band ingeniously intertwines ghoulish and decrepit lyrical themes into incredibly melodic and well-crafted song structures — to the point where pinching yourself’s necessary to fathom the ghastly messages being conveyed. Taberah’s musicianship is outstanding, the voices are on key and harmonize with precision, and (most importantly) the 10 original tracks on Necromancer simply ROCK!  If you’ve grown tired of anything offered in the Power/Progressive/Fantasy Metal arena, Necromancer may be the breath of stale air from the crypt you’ve been looking to uncover.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
