In april 1996 Stratovarius released their 5th album “Episode”. It was the first Stratovarius album to feature keyboardist Jens Johansson and drummer Jörg Michael. The band had great success in Japan already and was ready take the rest of the world by storm with the new album. This interview was done with axe man, main song writer and producer Timo Tolkki as the album was about to be released.
