Firesign is the sixth release from Scandinavian Modern Melodic Metal band Dynazty, and if you doubt that the some of the best Melodic Metal music in the world in coming from Northern Europe, especially the Nordic region, this album will make you a believer.Formed in early 2008 by guitarists Love Magnusson and Mikael Laver, Dynazty added bass player Jonathan Olsson and drummer George Egg, rounding out the lineup with singer Nils Molin. The bad began as a melodic rock outfit, getting progressively heavier with each successive outing, and Firesign represent the next step in Dynazty’s evolution.

Excellent production, great songwriting, and absolutely top notch musical performances give Firesign all the tools it needs to be one of the top releases of 2018. 11 tracks, totaling about 50 minutes, and there are no skips. Every song is tight, crisp, and just plain bad ass. There is no single stand out track. Firesign kicks off with “Breathe With Me”, which is the first single, and is relentless til “The Light Inside The Tunnel”, the final track, bringing an onslaught of riff laden, melodic, shreddy Melodic Metal that still has dynamic and eclectic nuances. In short, one of the best from the region producing the best. Fans of Modern Melodic Metal, give ear. You will want this record.

Red Reign toured with Tesla in 2017, and shared the stage with Dokken, FireHouse, Lita Ford, Kix, Quiet Riot, and others at various dates around the US in 2018. Stevie heard his first KISS record at the age of 6 and was immediately hooked on Rock and Roll guitar. Over the course of years his tastes evolved, graduating from KISS to Ozzy and Van Halen; and then into Hair Metal. Over time, harder and faster music drew him. Bands like Metallica, Pantera, and Anthrax led the way, and Killswitch Engage took him over the top. Stevie has a deep passion for the guitar, not only playing them, but building them as well.
