With The Unforgiving Road, Norway’s Withem have produced a glorious follow-up to their 2013 debut album The Point Of You. With a clear Melodic Prog Metal foundation complimented by Industrial Metal elements, The Unforgiving Road comes across as laser sharp and polished.

Fans of Symphony X and Dream Theater will enjoy Withem’s departure from traditional song arrangements and organic tones in favor of truly Progressive song structures and a more, perhaps over-produced, wall of sound. Songs range from more crunchy, down-tuned, riff-based numbers to ballads and mid-tempo Power Metal tracks, while always maintaining a distinctive Prog flavor.

Standout tracks include “Eye In The Sky”, the heart stopping “Arrhythmia”, and “Exit”.

Songs from this new release will be featured at 6:00/18:00 CET & Midnight/Noon EST on the day indicated. All featured DAILY ALBUM PREMIERES will have a short review posted the day it’s on the show!

The FRIDAY edition of the Daily Album Premiere show contains 3 tracks from each of the Daily Premiere Albums featured during the week. Be sure to tune in here!
