Bleeding are a Progressive Metal outfit from Germany that originally formed in 2011, and Behind Transparent Walls is their first full-length release. Typically with Progressive Metal bands there is something innovative or particularly strong that adds merit to all of their releases … either inquisitive use of varied instruments and playing techniques, unique song structures, or profound song topics. Regrettably, Bleeding really can’t lay claim to any such accolades. Behind Transparent Walls suffers from disorganization, below average musicianship, and an annoyingly bad vocal performance by Haye Graf. As you listen, what you’ll find yourself saying is “Please stop the Bleeding!”

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
