Tony Mills, the acclaimed vocalist formerly of Shy and TNT (amongst others), is releasing a Melodic Hard Rock album entitled Over My Dead Body.  This is an incredibly introspective album filled with personal pain (think of From The Inside by Alice Cooper without the tongue-in-cheek humor), realizations of missed opportunities, self-directed “I told you so’s,” and the awareness that it’s never too late to embrace the chance for a new beginning.  Mills is a very talented vocalist, and shows within Over My Dead Body he’s also capable of writing profound (yet catchy) lyrics that effervesce from deep within his soul.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
