If you’re from anywhere on earth besides Norway/Scandinavia, you probably never heard of Åge Sten Nilsen, but to thousands in Norway, he’s a popular and revered TV personality, actor, and vocalist. Previously with the band Wig Wam, Nilsen has gone solo with a new band called Ammunition, which plays Melodic/Progressive/Glam Hard Rock, and their release is entitled Shanghaied. Nilsen engaged the talents of Grammy award-winning producer Brad Blackwood, and that move paid off.  Shanghaied sounds fresh, bright, and energetic, and Nilsen knows to how write catchy melodies and upbeat lyrics. There’s no tomfoolery in Shanghaied … so check it out.
