Crobot is a band formed in 2011 out of Pennsylvania, USA, and Something Supernatural is their debut full-length release. The band holds out that they are dedicated to the “identifiable riff” in Rock ‘n’ Roll dating especially back to the 1970s. With that in mind, there are some vintage ‘70s influences apparent in Crobot’s music, along with a host of more “Modern Metal” (or Hard Rock) elements to be found within Something Supernatural. Imagine Wolfmother crossed with Soundgarden, and throw in a bit of Machine Head by Deep Purple, and you’ll pretty much have the style of Something Supernatural covered.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
