Amberian Dawn is a Symphonic Progressive-Power Metal band hailing from Finland. Formed in 2006, Magic Forest is the band’s 6^th studio album – Amberian Dawn has been very busy since their debut in 2008, knocking out a new album virtually every year since. The big change coming with the release of Magic Forest is the exit of original vocalist Heidi Parviaien in favor of the addition of Paivi “Capri” Virkkunen, whose performance is simply outstanding. What jumps out most is the absolutely superb sound and stellar production quality … making for the best album of this subgenre thus far in 2014.
