California, USA’s Leatherwolf have released Unchained Live, which pairs up against a handful of studio releases over the band’s 20+ year on-again-off-again career. Leatherwolf plays a refreshingly aggressive form of Traditional Metal, and has earned some acclaim over the years for their “triple axe attack” guitar approach. This release includes 9 live tracks and 1 studio remake of “Black Knight”. Vocalist Michael Olivieri possesses a very “traditional” voice for a Traditional Metal band, and performs well in a live setting. If you’re not that familiar with Leatherwolf, Unchained Live will likely serve as a great introduction … check it out.

His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
