Comprised of members from Opeth, Candlemass, and Evergrey (amongst others), Jupiter Society is a “supergroup” with roots driven deep into the dark, doomy, and obscure aspects of Metal.  From Endangered To Extinct is the band’s 3rd album – 6 tracks following the storyline of the apocalyptic end of humanity.  The band’s website offers the following:

“Not meant to show a straight path, not meant to give a clear view, not meant to be more than barely understandable.”

Sifting through the smoke and debris, this 22-word sentence sums up From Endangered To Extinct and the band’s approach to their music and delivery.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
