Babylon A.D. was without doubt the best ”L.A. band” a decade ago. A decade is a long time, and this CD proves that. The band does by no means sound too modern, still you can hear the guys are ten years older.

The main thing is; the songwriting is not at all as strong is it used to be. Yeah, there are a couple of cool songs, but I simply expected much more from these guys. Like I said when I harped on the live record that came out a few years ago, go and get their first self titled disc. I repeat myself, cause I bet you didn’t listen then. That CD is pure brown sugar!
