Minnesota, USA-based Chaos Frame is set to release their sophomore album entitled Paths To Exile. As is the case with many Nightmare Records’ bands, Chaos Frame blends together Power, Progressive, and Thrash into their presentation … along with some Epic Metal elements to differentiate themselves from the pack. Paths To Exile contains 8 tracks that are all enjoyable in and of themselves.

However, when all strung together, the album seems to drag on … perhaps purposefully done to personify the concept of trudging along on a true path to exile. Epic Metal fans are likely to notice this release most.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
