Screams Of Angels is a 6-piece Traditional/Power Metal band from the USA, and Into The Warzone is their debut. The band establishes a very straightforward approach to their music amid the 11 tracks included within Into The Warzone. It’s Heavy and it’s Metal, and it’s true to form. If no fluff Metal is your cup of tea, you’ll probably enjoy this album quite a bit. Jeff McCormack is the vocalist for Screams Of Angels, and his voice is also no frills … if anything, too many lyrics and too few musical passages may be the only weakness on this release.

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
