Extraordinary Judas Priest guitarist Richie Faulkner has officially completed the second chapter of his powerhouse side project, Elegant Weapons. The new album, titled Evolution, sees Faulkner further cementing his legacy as one of the genre’s premier songwriters and shredders.

To bring this sonic vision to life, Faulkner has assembled a literal “Who’s Who” of heavy metal royalty, featuring Ronnie Romero (Rainbow, MSG) on vocals, Dave Rimmer (Uriah Heep) on bass, and Christopher Williams (Accept) on drums.

With the legendary Andy Sneap returning to the helm as co-producer, the band has forged another masterclass in pure heavy metal. In this exclusive feature, Metal Express Radio’s Bryce Van Patten sits down with Richie to deconstruct the making of Evolution, dive deep into his songwriting process, and explore what lies ahead for the band.
