LONEWOLF – Cult Of Steel

Lonewolf is a Power Metal band out of France, and Cult Of Steel is their 7^th release.  The band plays it fast and loud, and their lyrics tend to focus on Heavy Metal conquering the world in Manowar-like fashion.  Cult Of Steel starts out very impressively with the title track, and also ends very impressively as well.  Actually, the first couple and last couple tracks are about as good as it gets in Fantasy/Epic Power Metal … the problem is all the tracks in-between sound nearly identical to one another, and vocalist Jens Borner doesn’t complement any of them well.
