Bullet is back home in Sweden after an incredibly successful European tour together with Enforcer and Skullfist. The guys played 17 gigs with stops in Germany, Holland, England, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium.
It is now three months since the release of Bullet's third album Highway Pirates which debuted in the Swedish charts at position #3, and remained in the charts for a long time. In Germany the album peaked at position #60.
Highway Pirates has received smashing reviews in the media – with album of the month award and highest position on the “Richterskala” section in Germany’s Rock Hard, album of the month award and highest position in the “Soundcheck” section in Sweden Rock Magazine to name a few.
After a couple of years of silence one of Swedens all time finest exports of rock n´roll Sator released their new album Under The Radar on February 25. The album has united critics and listeners alike and has recieved nothing but praise from everything to the biggest most important media to small webzines. The album debuted on position #7 in the Swedish sales chart, claiming position #11 the second week, and remained in the charts for a long time. Sator has with their new album proved that they're still hungry and vital, and keeps the crown as being the only true active Swedish rock'n'roll act.
Sator has toured Sweden since March and is now preparing to conquer Europe this fall after doing a string of festival gigs this summer.
Under The Radar was released in Europe on April 29.
Imperial State Electric Straight to number #1 in the Swedish charts!
The new mini album from Imperial State Electric - In Concert! - went straight to number one in the Swedish Midprice charts!
The mini album contains six covers that were a part of the band's set list during their recent tour, recorded in the studio.
Nicke Andersson: In Concert! is the new mini album from Imperial State Electric. Recorded in the studio! It contains six songs culled from the set of our recent crusade throughout Europe. Although I regard my compositions highly, the importance of our rock'n'roll heritage cannot be stressed enough. From Chuck Berry to the Runaways, these songs rapidly became a big part of the Imperial live show. Now you can enjoy them at home fresh from the studio! Sacrilege or homage? You decide. I think In Concert! kicks ass.
Load your love guns, here comes the next big thing from Sweden: The Gloria Story!
The Gloria Story is a good looking, awesome sounding band of brothers with talent for writing genuinely good rock'n'roll tunes, with a lot of passion and soul in them. The new album Shades Of White is released on June 24th, and is produced by legendary Anders "Boba Fett" Lindström of The Hellacopters in Kingside Studios, Stockholm. Shadows Of White contains 10 powerful rock songs that bring vintage Kiss, Thin Lizzy and Cheap Trick to mind, always with a contemporary twist. The album mixes vintage elements with modern day power – making it one of the most vital and catchy albums of 2011.
The Gloria Story is famous for their powerful stage performances featuring guitar destruction, loads of flamboyant posing and high-flying split-jumps. Shades Of White is designed to capture that unique energy and power. Newspapers have labeled the band as "the bastard sons of the Hellacopters and T-Rex" and that's pretty much the sound you can expect from this melodic, raw yet amazingly catchy album! The Gloria Story's debut single "Oh No" released last year sold a massive 20,000 copies and was platinum awarded, and saw the band appearing a lot on both TV and radio shows, as well as doing more than 50 shows in Sweden 2010-2011, which brings the total to over 100 shows since the band started out in 2009. "On No" reached #1 on iTunes Rock and #1 on KlickTrack.
The band will tour Sweden in support of the new album, with shows in Stockholm, Västerås, Gävle, Gothenburg and Skövde finalized so far.
On July 23 the debut from Swedish metal act CellOut hits the stores, containing 10 awesome tracks of heavy guitar sound combined with solid melodies and good songs with a mainstream demand. The album was produced by CellOut and Michael Phelan, mixed by Ulrich Wild (Pantera, Deftones, Static X) and mastered by Dave Collins (Linkin Park, Soundgarden).

The Exploding Boy is one of the most talked about Swedish alternative pop/rock bands in the whole of Europe, were the band got amazing reviews for their previous album ”Afterglow” (2009).
The band followed up the release of Afterglow with more than 30 live shows in Germany alone. The Album was voted as ”Album Of The Year” in Belgian magazine Dark Entries, and Swedish magazine Zero called it ”the best album of the year within the genre”.
